They are shipped USPS priority mail. Each package is insured and signature confirmation is required. We only ship to the lower 48 at this time. Please allow 8-10 weeks from the time of your order for your piece(s) to arrive. Each one is custom made when you order it.
If you are local and wish to pick up your piece and save the shipping cost just check the "Local Pick-up" option for shipping when you check out. You will receive an email notifying you when it's ready.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email or call to let us know why and see if it can be resolved. Each piece is custom made for your order so, of course, we don't want returns. If, within 7 days of receiving your item(s), you decide you absolutely don't want it, please email us and we will tell you how to proceed. After 7 days we don't accept returns. If the piece was damaged in shipping, take pictures of the damage and let us know within 24 hours, by email or phone.
